Ordering information

Use the lists/categories to select the items you would like to order, add them to your shopping cart and proceed with the instructions. Handling/shipping costs are not included in the order form. After sending the order form, you will get an order confirming email. Then you will be contacted within 24 hours (usually after a few hours) and provided with the grand total price including the shipping costs.

Orders can be paid by PayPal (+ 6.5% fee of grand total). You will be sent a PayPal invoice. Arctic Decals do not accept credit or debit cards. All prices are in Euros.

If you do not receive any reply, please just contact me via email at arcticdecals@gmail.com. This is because sometimes my web site provider has malfunctions and does not forward the order forms into my mailbox. The postage rates are shown below (< 50gr = normally one set + cardboard/envelope, < 100gr = 2-3 sets + cardboard/envelope, the weights of the sets vary a lot).

Delivery times can vary a lot depending on stock levels. Economy mailing option is available for shipments outside of Europe. Also note that the mailing costs to the USA varies between each state. When using Economy postage (formerly known as Surface Mail) the delivery time may be quite long. It has normally taken 5–9 weeks for an Economy letter to arrive in countries outside of Europe, so please prepare to be patient.

Arctic Decals is not responsible for lost shipments. The orders will be sent at your own risk. Fortunately, only a very few shipments ever have been lost during mailing.

The postal shipments can not be sent to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Bahamas, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, East Timor, El Salvador, Iran, Israel, Laos, Libya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Solomon Islands, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, and Yemen.

For the U.S. customers; the postal shipments from most European countries to the United States including goods/gifts with a commercial value are suspended. It is possible to send a small shipment including 1 - 2 decal sets marked as document without a commercial value though.
